The event started with Prof Gangadharan Sir welcoming and greeting all our guests Our first speaker was Mr Sanjai Bhatt, stating how right to equality in itself talks about inclusive education He stated that inclusive education comes from the concept of working together, he further stated that inclusive education is also more about sense of tolerance,empathy, also he stated that a study on impact of inclusive students on normal students must be done People in disability upliftment sector must take care that inclusive education must not be misunderstood and get it’s meaning changed Therefore in our new education policy the slogan must be “Education for all and all for education”.
Next kshama singh spoke about importance of parents in life of divyaangjan in terms of school life Inclusive education from childhood in any school will help both any common person and Divyaangjan to work together more cooperatively in further adult life
Further Sangeeta Shukla talked about Divyaangjan must definitely be included equally in any common school with all common students.
Further A K Joshi spoke about how online education is disrupting inclusive education In new education Policy inclusive education is something that is being taken under special consideration, but yet if considered on research level a lot more research study has to be done in Disability sector for education purposes Still there are a lot many people who had done a remarkable study on inclusive education like leela dekh, almanand, alqueny , savage and urtane morning star, ect At last he told we have to move from segregated education system to inclusive education system, Only ramp making is not the solution but the whole building must be build in accessible manner We have understood the needs now is the time to implement the policy to fulfill those needs.

कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत प्रोफेसर गंगाधरन सर ने हमारे सभी मेहमानों का स्वागत और अभिवादन करने के साथ की। हमारे पहले वक्ता कार्यक्रम के मुख्य अतिथि श्री संजय भट्ट थे, उन्होंने कहा कि समावेशी शिक्षा के बारे में अपने आप में समानता का अधिकार कैसे है। उन्होंने कहा कि समावेशी शिक्षा एक साथ काम करने की अवधारणा से आती है, उन्होंने आगे कहा कि समावेशी शिक्षा भी सहिष्णुता, सहानुभूति की भावना के बारे में अधिक है, उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि सामान्य छात्रों पर समावेशी छात्रों के प्रभाव पर एक अध्ययन किया जाना चाहिए। विकलांगता उत्थान क्षेत्र के लोगों को यह ध्यान रखना चाहिए कि समावेशी शिक्षा को गलत न समझा जाए और इसका अर्थ बदल दिया जाए। इसलिए हमारी नई शिक्षा नीति में नारा होना चाहिए "सभी के लिए शिक्षा और सभी के लिए शिक्षा"
आगे हमारे वक्ता सुश्री क्षमा सिंह ने स्कूल जीवन के संदर्भ में दिव्यांगजन के जीवन में माता-पिता के महत्व के बारे में बात की, किसी भी स्कूल में बचपन से समावेशी शिक्षा किसी भी सामान्य व्यक्ति और दिव्यांगजन दोनों को आगे वयस्क जीवन में अधिक सहयोगात्मक रूप से काम करने में मदद करेगी।
इसके अलावा हमारी अन्य वक्ता श्रीमती संगीता शुक्ला ने दिव्यांगजन के बारे में बात की निश्चित रूप से सभी आम छात्रों के साथ किसी भी सामान्य स्कूल में समान रूप से शामिल किया जाना चाहिए।
इसके अलावा हमारे गेस्ट ऑफ ऑनर ए के जोशी ने इस बारे में बात की कि कैसे ऑनलाइन शिक्षा समावेशी शिक्षा को बाधित कर रही है। नई शिक्षा नीति में समावेशी शिक्षा एक ऐसी चीज है, जिसे विशेष ध्यान में रखा जा रहा है, लेकिन फिर भी अगर शोध के स्तर पर विचार किया जाए तो शिक्षा के उद्देश्यों के लिए विकलांगता क्षेत्र में बहुत अधिक शोध अध्ययन किया जाना है। अभी भी बहुत सारे लोग हैं जिन्होंने समावेशी शिक्षा पर एक उल्लेखनीय अध्ययन किया है। अंत में उन्होंने बताया कि हमें एक अलग शिक्षा प्रणाली से समावेशी शिक्षा प्रणाली की ओर बढ़ना है। केवल रैंप मेकिंग ही समाधान नहीं है बल्कि पूरी इमारत को सुलभ तरीके से बनाया जाना चाहिए। हमने उन जरूरतों को समझ लिया है जो अब उन जरूरतों को पूरा करने के लिए नीति को लागू करने का समय है।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में अध्यक्ष श्री कमला कांत पांडेय ने हमारे समय के लिए हमारे अतिथियों और हमारे विषय पर विचारशीलता के लिए धन्यवाद ज्ञापन किया।
