Equality, Not Sympathy \ सहानभूति नहीं, समानभूति सबके लिए ! (25th October, 2020)

The event launched by chief guest speaking Dr. Sukumar.Dr Sukumar Sir elaborate the topic explaining that Divyaangjan have much more potential than any other person. He gave an example of ‘Microsign Industries’ of Bhavnagar Gujarat that how there are employees in this industry who are both the Divyaangjan and common and how Divyaangjan perform way better than any common employee of theirs. Our audience was elated by the idea of how they can perform and there is opportunity in terms of employment for them.
Next the event proceeded with our chairperson speaking Mr Kamala Kant Pandey. In his speech Mr Kamla Kant spoke of how in our society we see the Divyaangjan just as a piece of charity, Divyaangjan don't need charity or sympathy, what they need is an equal opportunity to prove themselves. Divyaangjan do not want to snatch anyone's opportunity or to take some other person's place, who are more efficient all they want is an equal platform to perform to showcase their talent as well. We all should treat the Divyaangjan as equal to anyone instead just as a piece of charity.
Mr. Kamla Kant added that though there are programs that are running to provide an equal space to the vyanjan but still there is a need of awakening in society itself.
At last but not least our guest of honour Sadhna Sharma Mam ended the program with a tremendous speech. She said disability does not exist. Disability means not being able to do something but today our Divyangjan are capable of doing so much more that they have removed the concept of disability altogether. With this our program came to an end leaving the audience inspired with inspiring speeches of our speakers.

कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ हमारे मुख्य अतिथि डॉ. सुकुमार जी ने किया।डॉ. सुकुमार जी ने इस विषय पर विस्तार से बताया कि दिव्यांगजन में किसी भी अन्य व्यक्ति की तुलना में अधिक क्षमता होती है। उन्होंने भावनगर गुजरात के ‘माइक्रोसाइन इंडस्ट्रीज’ का एक उदाहरण देते हुए बताया की इस उद्योग में दिव्यांगजन और सामान्य दोनों कर्मचारी एक साथ काम करते हैं, और दिव्यांगजन किस तरह से किसी आम कर्मचारी से बेहतर प्रदर्शन करते हैं। हमारे दर्शकों को यह विचार करने के लिए प्रेरित किया गया था कि वे कैसे बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर सकते हैं और उनके लिए रोज़गार के छेत्र में अवसर है।
अगला कार्यक्रम श्री कमला कान्त पांडे जी, जो की हमारे कार्यक्रम के अध्यक्ष थे, के साथ आगे बढ़ा। श्री कमला कान्त जी ने अपने भाषण में कहा कि कैसे हमारे समाज में हम दिव्यांगजन को दान के एक टुकड़े के रूप में देखते हैं, दिव्यांगजन को दान या सहानुभूति की आवश्यकता नहीं है, उन्हें खुद को साबित करने के लिए एक समान अवसर की आवश्यकता है। दिव्यांगजन किसी के अवसर को छीनना नहीं चाहते हैं या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति का स्थान नहीं लेना चाहते हैं, जो अधिक कुशल हैं वे चाहते हैं कि उनकी प्रतिभा का प्रदर्शन करने के लिए भी एक समान मंच हो। हम सभी को दिव्यांगजन को केवल दान के एक टुकड़े के रूप में नहीं बल्कि सामान्य लोगो के बराबर ही मानना चाहिए।
श्री कमला कान्त जी ने कहा कि यद्यपि कुछ ऐसे कार्यक्रम हैं जो दिव्यांगजनों को एक समान स्थान प्रदान करने के लिए चल रहे हैं, लेकिन अभी भी समाज में जागृति की आवश्यकता है। अंत में हमारे विशिष्ट अतिथि साधना शर्मा जी ने एक प्रभावशाली भाषण के साथ कार्यक्रम को समाप्त कर दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि विकलांगता अब मौजूद नहीं है। विकलांगता का मतलब कुछ करने में असक्षम है, लेकिन आज हमारे दिव्यांगजन हर एक चीज़ एकदम निपुणता से करने में सक्षम है, कि उन्होंने विकलांगता की अवधारणा को पूरी तरह से हटा दिया है। इसके साथ हमारा कार्यक्रम समाप्त हो गया और दर्शकों को हमारे वक्ताओं के भाषणों से प्रेरणापूर्ण सन्देश मिला जो की उनको प्रभावित भी करेगा|
