The event started with Mr. Ashwani Gupta stating the various strategies and ways in which Divyaang students can pursue for IAS. Next Kumari Kusha Gautam Ji stated how important it was for a Divyang student to be on the executive level, so that they who understand the problem and have faced it can solve it in the best manner. Further Brijesh Sharma Ji encouraged all the participants in the event to study and to pursue a career like UPSC. The event came to an end with the vote of thanks and motivational speech of Kamlakant Ji.

इस कार्यक्रम की शुरुआत श्री अश्विनी गुप्ता ने विभिन्न रणनीतियों और तरीकों से की, जिसमें दिव्यांग छात्र IAS के लिए आगे बढ़ सकते हैं। अगला कुमारी कुशा गौतम जी ने बताया कि एक दिव्यांग छात्र के लिए कार्यकारी स्तर पर होना कितना महत्वपूर्ण था, ताकि जिन्होंने खुद उस समस्या का सामना किया ह वो उसे बेहतर तरीके से सुलझा सके। इसके अलावा बृजेश शर्मा जी ने सभी प्रतिभागियों को यू. पी. ए. स. सी. की तरफ अध्ययन करने और कैरियर बनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। कमलाकांत जी के धन्यवाद और प्रेरक भाषण के साथ यह आयोजन संपन्न हुआ।
